先跟大家说声对不起，今年就不打算更新了。有很多原因，首先就是身体出了一些问题，尤其是腰椎，经常疼痛难忍，已经不支持我久坐。
然后就是精神问题，过去的几年里我一直在服用安眠药且一直在加量，上个月唯一的好友意外离世又给我带来了巨大打击，现如今我的大脑经常晕眩不听使唤，还会频繁出现幻觉、梦魇，这些已经严重影响到我的生活。
所以接下来的时间里我打算放下手里的一切事情，所有重心都偏向于身体的恢复以及克服药物的依赖，毕竟还是命最重要，能做到的话很好，做不到的话就只能遗憾退场了。
